Shilajit price by pack size (10g to 1kg)

These ranges come from 12 sellers' own websites: the 9 brands in the table below (checked 22 October 2026) plus Organic Aprico, Hunza Foodways and Golden Shilajit (checked 29 October 2026). The lowest 50g price is a resin with no published lab results. To compare any two jars, divide the price by the grams: Rs 2,399 for 20g is Rs 120 per gram.

Shilajit price per month

At the usual pea-sized serving of 300 to 500 mg a day, you use 9 to 15 grams a month. At Rs 120 per gram, that is about Rs 1,100 to Rs 1,800 a month. A 20g jar lasts 40 to 65 days, and the 40g pack (Rs 3,999, Rs 100 per gram) brings the monthly cost down to about Rs 900 to Rs 1,500.

Prices by brand

Penguin Shilajit lists its prices in US dollars and had no Pakistan products listed when we checked. Hamdard Qurs Salajeet is a compound tablet (Rs 65 a pack on Oladoc), so it can't be compared per gram of resin.

What the price should buy you

Two jars at the same price per gram are not the same product if only one comes with a lab report. Before comparing prices, check that the brand publishes:

• a heavy-metal test (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) from a named lab, with a report number;
• a fulvic acid figure from a named lab;
• a guarantee long enough to actually try it (30 days or more).

How long does a jar last?

At the usual pea-sized serving of 300 to 500 mg a day, 20 grams lasts about 40 to 65 days. That puts tested resin at roughly Rs 40 to Rs 60 a day at 20g prices. See our dosage guide.

Why is some shilajit much cheaper?

Shilajit has to be collected, purified and dried, and unpurified resin can contain heavy metals. A low price isn't proof of a bad product, but if a seller can't show a lab report with a number you can verify, you have no way to tell. Very cheap loose resin from market stalls, sold by the tola with no label, is the riskiest kind to buy.

If you buy in bulk, ask for the lab report of that exact batch, with its report number, before you pay.
