Our 60-Day Promise
Try Taj Sultan Himalayan Shilajit for 60 days. If you don't feel the difference, write to us and we will refund your money in full. You do not need to return the jar.

How to request a refund
Email tajsultanpvt@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 317 9680171 within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number — that's all we need.

How your refund is paid
Prepaid orders — refunded to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders — refunded by bank transfer, Easypaisa, of your choice. We'll ask you for those details once you contact us.r JazzCash to an account o
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank or wallet provider, funds may take a few additional days to appear.

What is covered
This guarantee covers the full amount you paid. It applies to orders placed and delivered within Pakistan, and is available on your first purchase of each product.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice — at no cost to you. This is separate from, and in addition to, the 60-day promise above.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Once the parcel is with the courier, the 60-day promise applies instead.
