Products We sell natural shilajit resin as a dietary supplement. Product photographs are representative. Because shilajit is a natural mineral resin, slight variation in colour, texture and consistency between batches is normal and is not a defect.

Laboratory results Test results published on this website relate to the specific batch identified on each certificate. Your jar's batch number is printed on its base and corresponds to a published certificate. We publish certificates exactly as issued by the laboratory and do not alter them.
Pricing and availability All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, including orders that appear fraudulent.
Orders and payment Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Cash on Delivery is available within Pakistan. For COD orders, payment is collected by the courier on delivery. If a COD parcel is refused without a valid reason under our refund policy, we may decline future COD orders from that address.
Shipping and returns Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Accuracy of your information You agree to provide a correct name, delivery address and reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information you supplied.
Intellectual property All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Taj Sultan and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
