Shipping policy
Where we ship We currently ship within Pakistan only. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the country, including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Shipping cost Free nationwide shipping on every order. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Dispatch time Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time Once dispatched, delivery through our courier partner typically takes:
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2–3 working days
- Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days
- Remote areas, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan: 5–7 working days
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, and courier backlogs can add a day or two.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by SMS or email once your parcel is handed to the courier. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, message us on WhatsApp at +92 317 9680171 and we'll sort it out.
Cash on Delivery COD is available on all orders with no minimum or maximum limit. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. The courier will not open the parcel for inspection before payment — but if anything is wrong once you open it, our refund policy covers you completely.
Failed delivery attempts Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you by phone. Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and reachable. If delivery fails after repeated attempts and the parcel returns to us, we'll contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund.
Damaged or missing parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, photograph it before opening and contact us within 7 days. We'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
